Week 1
First class of E-Commerce
We started class new semester with E-commerce subject lecturer by Dr Fatihah Mohd . The first week we do the online class and got explanation about project course from Dr Fatihah
Week 2
First meeting & separation of duties
Our group meets for the first time on April to talk about project. We are talking about business proposal ideas.
We are assigning tasks and duties to each memebr of our team this week. teams for operations and sales, website development, creative design, and social media are the different job type. this is to ensure that the project proceeds as smoothly as possible at every stage. As a result, everyone knowns and appreciates their responsibilities to one another.

Making of Padlet and Website Dream Beuti
After assigning the work to the team members, the team members completed their respective part very cooperatively and quickly.

Week 4
Workshop with E-Digital
On April 5, The E-commerce Workshop Series: Digital Marketing took place. The workshop speaker is DR. Yusmazida Mohd Yusoff, a Senior lecturer, FKP,UMK/Training Specialised.
We gained invaluable insights into harnessing the power of social media platforms, search engine optimization (SEO), and email marketing to amplify brand visibility and drive conversion rates. From cultivating engaging content to leveraging data analytics for targeted advertising, the workshop equipped attendees with practical tools to optimize their digital presence and enhance customer engagement.

Week 5
E-Marketplace Shopee (BASIC)
On 7 April, the E-commerce Workshop Series: E-Marketplace Shopee took place. The speaker is Madam Nur Hasibah, from Digital Friends. We were exposed to the knowledge of how to register as a shopee seller, tips to build the right platform and so on
Week 6
Shopee Advanced
On 1 May, the advanced shopee took place. the workshop speaker is coach Mohsin Makhtar s.z. We gained valuable insights from coach. One of Shopee's standout features is its robust mobile application, which seamlessly integrates intuitive navigation with secure payment options, providing users with unparalleled convenience and accessibility on the go. Additionally, Shopee's algorithm-driven recommendation system personalizes the shopping journey, offering tailored product suggestions based on users' preferences and browsing history, thereby enhancing the overall shopping experience.
Furthermore, Shopee's innovative marketing initiatives, such as in-app games and livestreaming events, engage users in immersive brand experiences while driving traffic and sales for merchants. Its strategic partnerships with leading logistics providers ensure swift and reliable delivery, bolstering customer satisfaction and loyalty.

We classify the Company Profile as important because it not only serves as an introduction to potential customers and partners, but also serves as a valuable resource for internal coordination and strategic planning.

A comprehensive company profile is a vital tool for any business, providing a succinct yet thorough overview of the organization. It typically includes essential details such as the company's history, mission, vision, and values, alongside its products or services, target market, and competitive advantages. Moreover, a well-crafted profile outlines the organizational structure, key team members, achievements, and future goals, giving stakeholders a clear understanding of the company's identity and strategic direction.

SHOPEE live
We are excited to announce that we will dedicate one hour to a Shopee live stream to showcase and sell our company's products. This dynamic platform will allow us to engage directly with our audience, demonstrating the unique features and benefits of our offerings in real-time. The live stream will provide an interactive shopping experience, enabling potential customers to ask questions, see our products in action, and make informed purchasing decisions. By leveraging Shopee's extensive reach and user-friendly interface, we aim to boost our sales, enhance brand visibility, and connect with a broader audience, all within this dedicated hour.

Com Registered our enterprise system I-CREATE:
This week, the CEO officially registered our enterprise system, I-CREATE, marking a significant milestone for our organization. This registration formalizes our innovative platform designed to streamline business processes and foster creative solutions across various departments. By securing this official status, we are now poised to enhance our operational efficiency, expand our market reach, and provide our clients with a more robust and reliable system. The president's proactive leadership in this endeavor underscores our commitment to excellence and positions I-CREATE as a pivotal tool in driving our future growth and success.

buying supplies for COMEI events how
Team members take responsibility for sourcing supplies for COMEI events, ensuring they are well-equipped and run smoothly. They coordinate with local vendors to source essentials, from decorations and promotional materials to refreshments and technical equipment. This organized approach not only fosters a sense of teamwork, but also ensures that each event is prepared to meet the needs of attendees, demonstrating the team's commitment to excellence and attention to detail. Through the careful planning and procurement of these supplies, members play a vital role in the success of COMEI events.

Event COMEI 3.0
This week, the team members expertly presented our company’s products and their benefits to the examiners. They highlighted key aspects such as competitive pricing and superior quality that set our products apart from the competition. By clearly articulating these benefits, they demonstrated the value our products bring to customers, emphasizing affordability without compromising excellence.
